Running with the boy…

Tonight was the Main Street Mile in Westminster. Linc and I ran the non-timed fun run. It was awesome. How cool to run along-side your son in a race. The race started a dusk and was a perfect day for a run. Linc started out really strong and never let up. We ran around 7 minutes, possibly a little faster. Next year he wants to run the timed race. That’s my boy!
